New Piano For Main Town Hall
A Weimar full nine-foot concert grand piano was purchased for the Main Town Hall last nigfit by the City Council when it accepted a tender by a Dunedin firm of £1175, less £350 for the Broadwood which the Weimar will replace. The purchase was recommended by the city organist. The only other tender received was for a Danemann piano.
