SWIMMING AND DIVING EVENTS OFFICIALS APPOINTED PA AUCKLAND, Aug. 22. A total of 119 officials, including 20 time keepers. 13 diving judges, eight diving computers and seven swimming judges, has been appointed to control the swimming and diving events of the Empire Games in February by the New Zealand Amateur Swimming Association. All the appointments are subject to the condition that if overseas officials are available to act the New Zealand officials will stand down to make room for them.
