LOSS OF GLASSES BY TRUST HOTELS
PA INVERCARGILL, Aug; 11. Loss of glasses through breakages and theft is still a serious item on the debit side of the balance sheet of the Invercargill Licensing Trust. The loss in 1948-49 was 901 dozen, or 1(1,812 glasses, compared with 1092 dozen, or 13.104 glasses m 1947-48. The biggest losses each year were in soz and lOoz glasses. ’ Figures showing the percentage of loss caused by breakages are not available.
