Richards Rides Five Winners In One Day
NZPA—-copyright LONDON, Aug 10. Gordon Richards, England’s champion tockey, rode five winners in five rides at Bath to-day, giving the bookmakers their worst day of the racing season. All Richards's mounts were heavily backed Richards has now ridden eight winners In .accession. At Folkestone yesterday he had three wins in three rides. This is his best winning sequence since 1933. when he rode 12 in succesison.
