NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the Bruce County Council held on THURSDAY, the twentyeighth day of APRIL, 1949, the following Resolution .was Passed, and will be submitted for Confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on MONDAY, the 27th day of JUNE, 1949, at 10.30 a.m., at the County Chambers, Milton. RESOLUTION. PURSUANT to Section 152 of the Counties Act, 1920, the Bruce County Council, being of opinion that the lands purchased by it for public purposes, and described in the Schedule hereto, are no longer required for the purposes of the County of Bruce, hereby resolves, by way of Special Order, that the said lands shall be Sold in such manner, for such sum, and on such conditions as the said Counail thinks fit. / SCHEDULE.
