RACECOURSE INSPECTORS
PA WELLINGTON. May 22. Mr W. C. Harper, of the Detective Branch, Wellington, has been appointed racecourse inspector by the New Zealand Racing Conference. Mr Harper will take up his duties on July 1 and will work in the Wellington district. „ ■ Mr T. W. Allsopp, of Palmerston North, is being transferred to Christchurch to succeed Mr J. Torrance, who retires this year.
