WAIKOUAITI TRAINERS
Two young trainers, in R. Jones and R. Oliver, who were attached to the successful training establishment of J. M. Bain, at Oamaru, have commenced training on their own account at Waikouaiti. The horses in their stable at present are Sure Maid, Peterdale, and an untried four-year-old, by Grattan Loyal. Two recent winners in Tom Gundy and Final Return are trained at Waikouaiti.
