Sally Gazelle May Win Again To-day

Judging by her two easy wins at the Beaumont meeting on Saturday, Sally Gazelle should be hard to head off in the Champion Hack Handicap to-day. She has gone up only to 9.0, and if an allowance is claimed she will be the most difficult to dispose of. Cover Drive and Weldrest are also entitled to support. Bonny Royal, who was left badly in the Stewards’ Handicap on Saturday, is likely to make amends in the Autumn Handicap. When the field straightened up for the run home on Saturday, she was in a hopeless position, but she finished on in fine style to take third money.' She is also engaged in the' Publicans’ Handicap, and if she is reserved for this race she can be expected to give a good account of herself.

The track will again be soft, and first day’s form should be a reliable guide.
