DAIRY PRODUCTS OFF THE RATION IN FRANCE
Rec. 9 p.m. PARIS. Apl. 16. Butter, cheese and milk came off the ration to-day and for the first time in nine years the French housewife could walk to the counter to buy dairy products. Only sugar and coffee remain rationed.
