RUMANIAN VICE-PREMIERS WORKERS’ PARTY OFFICIALS APPOINTED N ZPA—Copyright Rec. 11 p.m. BUCHAREST, Apl. 16. An official communique said that two of the . three Vice-Premiers—Pro-fessor Traian Savulescu and Mr Stefan Voitec—were released from their posts to-day, and the P-residum of the Rumanian Popular Republic appointed Mrs Ana Pauker Minister of Foreign Affairs and Mr Vasilij Luca -Minister of Finance in their places. The communique said Savulescue and Voite.c asked for their releases. “ because they intend to devote themselves to the important functions they are holding.” The appointment of Pauker and Luca means that all three posts of Vice-Premiers will now be held by secretaries of the Rumanian Workers’ Party. -
