FINE FOR DRUNKENNESS
Found drunk in Prince Albert road last Thursday, Henry Walton Phillips, a labourer, aged 34, was fined £1 in the City Magistrate’s Court on Saturday morning. Messrs G. Kitchin and W. C. R. Bird, justices of the peace, presided, but Phillips did not appear in court.
