KAIKORAI LOSE MATCH AT INVERCARGILL
Special to the Daily Times INVERCARGILL, Apl. 17. On a wet ground at Rugby Park on Saturday, Invercargill Pirates beat Kaikorai by 23 points to 9. The Pirates' forwards dominated the opposition for the greater part of the game and the backs threw the ball about and succeeded in opening up plav on many occasions. The Kaikorai forwards were unable to cope with the hard rucking of their opponents.
