NAZIS FOUND GUILTY
PLUNDERING EUROPEAN COUNTRIES WAR CRIMES TRIBUNAL NZPA—Copyright LONDON, Apl. 13. The American War Crimes Tribunal at Nuremberg to-day found nine of Hitler’s top advisers and officials guilty of plundering European countries overrun by the German armies. Two ac cused were acquitted. The court rejected a plea by the accused that the Allies themselves were violating international naw in their occupation of Germany. Those acquitted were Ernst von Weizsaecker, former State Secretary of the Foreign Office, and Gottlieb Berger, chief of the S.S. office.
Amongst those guilty were Wilhelm Keppler, Hitler’s special economic adviser; Richard Darre, former Food Minister; Hans Lammers. chief of the Reich Chancellery; Paul Koerner, Goering’s permanent deputy for the four-year plan; Welhelm Stuckart. former secretary to the Ministry of the Interior.
