SCANDINAVIAN CUSTOMS UNION

LONDON. Apl. 13. Sweden, Norway and Denmark announced to-day that they were considering forming a Scandinavian Customs union with a uniform tariff system, says Reuter’s correspondent in Annecy (France). A joint statement said the union might include Iceland. The announcement was made at a conference of 35 countries meeting at Annecy to discuss plans to reduce tariff barriers.
