Rec. 8 p.m. LONDON, Apl. 14. The Central Committee of the Bulgarian Communist Party announced that the Prime Minister. Mr George Dimitrov, has been granted leave because of illness and was in the Soviet Union receiving treatment, says Reuter’s Sofia correspondent. The committee also--stated that Mr Traicho Kostov. a former vice-premier whom the committee relieved of his post as vice-premier in March for “gross political anti-party errors,” had been nominated director of the National Library.
