N ZP A—Copyright Rec. 9.30 p.m. OTTAWA, Mar. 29. The House of Commons approved the principles of the North Atlantic Treaty to-night by a vote of 149 to 2. The vote was taken at the conclusion of a debate which the External Affairs Minister, Mr L. B. Pearson, said was an “ encouraging and inspiring example of parliamentary unity.”
