NOTE.—The above Herd has been all bred on the property. Mr Cross always has used high-grade sires, and has culled consistently over a large number of years. He to-day has a select herd of high-pro-ducing cows to offer. The cows are in calf to Deloraine Commodore Hero, his dam being the hightesting cow Melrose Queen Sylvia Hero, who recently completed a COR test of 10421 b fat on twice-a-dav milking.
