GOVERNMENT CONTROL OF RAW MATERIALS NZPA —Copyright BUENOS AIRES, Rec. 9.15 p.m Mar. 23. President Peron to-day signed a decree giving the Ministry of Commerce and Industry control over raw mate rials whether produced in Argentina or imported from abroad. Senor Ramon Chereijo. Minister of the Treasury, said the Government planned to distribute raw material? so it could keep all industries in operation. Many small factories had been reported running short of basic materials since Argentina stopped imports on February 2. A new plan to resume imports was announced last week, but no import permits have yet been approved. Senor Cnereiio said that if a big factory had a large supply of materials and its smaller competitors were without any, the Government could sieze the entire supply and distribute it among all factories.
