VETERANS’ HOME
A hope that somebody in the South Island would decide to offer a site for a war veterans’ home, as had been done in the North Island, was expressed by Mr M. S. Myers at last evening’s meeting of the RSA Executive Committee. He reported that he had recently visited the veterans’ home in the Auckland area, and hoped that a similar property might be found in the South Island.
