Wall Collapse Kills Hundreds of Beggars
Rec. 10.20 p.m. LONDON, Feb- 21. Several hundred beggars assembled for Government food were killed when a wall collapsed on them, according to reports from Cidade d’Apraia, in the Cape Verde Islands, says the Associated Press Lisbon correspondent. More than 360 bodies have already been recovered from under the wall.
