FATAL ACCIDENT
MOTOR CYCLIST KILLED An accident resulting in the death of Alan Pomeroy, of 70 Buccleugh street, Dunedin, occurred in Cargill road late last night. The deceased was riding a motor cycle along Cargill road when he ran into the back of a stationary truck. He was admitted to the Dunedin Public Hospital suffering from head injuries, and was placed on the dangerously ill list on admission. He died at 11.30.
