WOMEN’S GOLF
INTER-CLUB MATCH On Wednesday the first match of a series of three for the Arthur Barnett Cup will be played on the Otago links between teams from the Otago and the St. Clair Ladies’ Clubs. The teams are:—Mrs Dolan v. Mrs Wooding, Miss Shand v. Mrs Robinson, Miss Elliott v. Mrs Joblin, Miss North v. Mrs Lucas, Mrs Williams v. Mrs Wight, Mrs Gibson v. Mrs Clarke, Mrs Wilson v. Mrs E. Osborne, Miss Hindle v. Mrs Crimp, Mrs Green v. Mrs Grant, Mrs Boyd v. Mrs Macpherson, Mrs Paul v. Mrs Murphy, Mrs Sime v. Mrs Williams. First Match of Season The Onslow Ladies’ Golf Club opened the 1949 season with a Canadian foursome with the Chisholm Park Mid-week Ladies’ Club. Next Thursday a Bogey Match will be played.
