NEXT CONGRESS
SCIENTISTS TO/ MEET IN PHILIPPINES PA AUCKLAND, Feb. 2. The Republic/of the Philippines will be the host of/ the next session of the Pacific Science Congress, to be held at a date ta"be determined. An invitation supported by the Philippine Government/was extended at the inaugural meeting of the congress here by Dr Antohio G. Sison, dean of the College ot‘Medicine at the University •„ of the Philippines and chairman of the republic’s dielegaton. ' / Acceptance of the invitation was unanimously recommended at a subsequent meeting of the Pacific Science Council; and was approved at the first plenary session of the congress.
