NEW GRAND SIRE
AUSTRALASIAN ODDFELLOWS’, LODGE BRISBANE, Oct. 30. At the triennial session of the Australasian Grand Lodge of the Independent Order of Oddfellows yesterday, Bro. E. Smiley, of Palmerston North, was elected the new grand sire for the next three years. As a tribute to the. incoming grand sire, the session decided, for the first time in 31 years, to. hold its triennial session in Auckland in 1951.
