LORD MONTGOMERY TO VISIT FRANCE
LONDON, Oct. 29. It was officially announced that the chairman of the Western Upion Com-manders-in-Chief Committee, Field Marshal Lord Montgomery, would visit France and the Benelux countries early in November for discussions with Defence Ministers and chiefs-of-staff. The tour will be preceded by a short visit to the British zone Of Germany.
