RUSSIA RELEASES FOOD BARGES
Rec. 11 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 30. Reuters Berlin correspondent says it is officially stated that the Soviet occupation authorities began to release Berlin-bound food barges which have been held at Wittenberge, on the Elbe, since June 24, when the Russians, enforcing the blockade, caught them in mia-stream. Three crossed into the British zone this afternoon.
