Oarnaru Dodgers No. 2 beat Oarnaru Power Model Aero Club by 20 points to 16 in a softball match played at Orana Park on Saturday afternoon. In the first innings Oarnaru made 5 and Aero Club 6. At the completion of the third innings Aero Club was leading by 9 to 7, but in the fourth innings Oarnaru scored 3 to its opponents' nil to make the score 10 to 9- Oarnaru scored a further 2 in the fifth innings, and in the sixth and seventh innings neither scored, Oarnaru scored a further 4 and 4 to Aero Club’s 3 and 2, to make the final score: Oarnaru 20, Aero Club nil.
