STATEMENT FOR SEPTEMBER Estate to the value of £729.812 were accepted for administration by the Public Trustee during September. The new business for the six months ended September 30, was £4,239,815. Grants of administration made by the court in favour of the Public Trustee numbered 156. During September 778 new Wills appointing the Public Trustee executor were prepared on behalf of testators and lodged for safe custody and 535 existing wills were revised to provide for changes desired by testators. The total number of wills now held irf the Public Trust Office on behalf of living persons is 142,152.
