YOUNG MAN CHARGED

ALLEGED THEFT OF MONEY

Jeffrey Walter Francis Connelly, a labourer, aged 18 years, appeared before Mr J. D. Willis, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday morning charged with breaking and entering the counting house of Bowie’s Ltd; Cromwell, on August 22. and stealing therefrom the sum of £233 7s 3d. He was remanded till Noveihbcr 5. The accused had been arrested by Detectives Brown and Marshall, Chief Detective Hall told the court. He asked for a remand until November 5.
