Your report states that both the incomes of companies and Of those other than workers have increased. The only thing that stops me from giving the latter class a tip is my sensitiveness, as I have often thought a second-hand shop could provide them with decent clothes in lieu of the threadbare ones they wear. These same people havo no objection to the civil servant receiving the current worth of his work, but object to being palmed off as a unit of prosperity.—l am, etc.. Not True.
