SOUTH PACIFIC COMMISSION
Rec. 10 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 28. The South Pacific Commission announced that it had selected Noumea as its permanent headquarters. A commission spokesman said the decision was reached by majority vote after a long consideration of the report of the Inspection Committee which recently visited Suva and Noumea.
