CHANGE OF VENUE MURDER CHARGE RETRIAL P.A. WELLINGTON, Oct. 15. A motion by the accused’s counsel, Mr G. Joseph, before the Chief Justice, Sir Humphrey O’Leary, to-day for a change of venue from Christchurch for the retrial ordered by the Court of Appeal of William Albertus Ivan Stuck, aged 40, a butcher, on a charge of murder was dismissed. The Crown opposed the motion.
