Palana’s Master Tenders Apology To Watersiders
Daily Times Special Service AUCKLAND, Oct 15. “Tell the waterside workers at Lyttelton that I am sorry I let them down,” Captain F. R. Spurr, master of the Palana, told a reporter to-day. "When we were loading our present produce cargo there for London they gave us a record despatch, and I promised to make a record ran home. I will try to do better next time.”
