OWAKA
CENTENNIAL BALL There was a large attendance at the centennial ball held at Owaka. Music was supplied by Dick's Band, with extras by Miss E. Reed and Mr G. Hoskin. The masters of ceremonies were Messrs I. G. Dryde, R. Alderson and W. McNab. The total profit, £26 17s 9d, was donated to the Owaka branch of the Red Cross Society.
