FOOD FOR BRITAIN
COMMUNITY SING EFFORT
The response, totalling £53, to the call for denations was encouraging to the leaders of the weekly community sing, which was held in the Strand Theatre yesterday. Donations were for the Food for Britain campaign. The guest performer was Mr Archie Jones, and the community singing was led by Mr H. P. Desmoulins. Mr A. H. Pettit was the pianist.
