RUBBER PURCHASES FROM MALAYA Rec. 9 p.m. SINGAPORE, Aug. 11. Russia was Malaya’s biggest rubber customer in July buying 10,000 tons more than the United States, usually the largest buyer. Russia bought 36,813 tons, the United States 27,470 tons, the United Kingdom 20,666 and Spain 13,359 tons.
