CONSIDERATION URGED
QUEENSTOWN-DUNEDIN AIR ’ SERVICE GRANTING OF LICENCE Special to the Daily Times WELLINGTON, Aug. 11. Favourable consideration to the granting of a licence for an air service between Queenstown and Dunedin was urged by Mr T. L. Macdonald (Oppn., Wallace) in notice of a question to the Minister of Civil Aviation. Mr Jones, in the House of Representatives to-day. Mr Macdonald said it had been reported in the Daily Times on August 6 that a company operating in the south could have two six-passenger aircraft in use within a month if the Government would grant a licence.
