Fowley and Company, Ltd., fo a consideration of £47,000. inis amount was apportioned by consent into land ana bundmgs (including special water supply), £H; 6OO - P*5S. and machinery, £7500; casks, £4500, and goodwill. £23,400. OuenIn authorising the sale of the Quen don Maternity Hospital, Mai ket street St Kilda, from Harold Kennedy to the Otago Hospital Board, committee reduced the sale price from £BOOO to £7OOO. This figure included land and buildings, £SOOO, and goodwill, £2OOO.
