TRAFFIC OFFENCES

CITY POLICE COURT A large number of traffic cases were heard by Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M., in the City Police Court yesterday. Catherine Hamilton Mac Gibbon for failing to yield the right of way was fined £1 and costs (10s). Felix Henry Brook was fined 15s and costs (10s) for a similar offence. For not having a warrant of fitness for a motor vehicle David Copland was fined 10s and costs (10s), and Philip Norton Thornicroft 10s and costs (10s). lan Alister McLean was convicted with costs (10s). Jack Kuzmich was fined £1 and costs (10s) for driving an unlicensed motor vehicle.

For riding an unlighted bicycle Kenneth James Cheyne was fined 10s and costs (10s), and Annesley Evans, 10s and costs (10s). Ronald Lyall Coombs was fined 5s and costs (10s) for driving a motor vehicle without a licence.
