PERSONAL
Mr Justice Kennedy left Dunedin on Saturday to attend a sitting of the Appeal Court at Wellington. Mr I. D. Cameron, of Masterton, president of the Highland Pipe Bands’ Association of New Zealand, who has been in Dunedin for the piping and dancing competitions, will return north this morning.
