MINIATURE RIFLES
Railway Club.—The following officers were elected at the annual meeting of the Railways. Miniature Rifle Club:— Patron, Mr T. A. E. Logan; president, Mr J. Mackie; vice-president, Mr C. Hinkley; secretary, Mr C. L. Brown; scrutineer, Mr J. Tempero; deputy scrutineer, Mr C. Hinkley; club captain, Mr J. McPherson; selectors, Messrs J. Mackie and C. Hinkley; armourer, Mr A. J. Rennie; auditor, Mr C. H. Andrew. It was decided to commence club competitions on June 3 and conclude on September 30. A minute of appreciation of the services given by the retiring secretary, Mr J. R. Campbell, was recorded. Scores at the weekly shoot:—C. Hinkley 78, A. Rennie 77, C. Campbell, J. R. Campbell, J. McPherson, J. Tempero 76. J. Mackie, I. 'Andrew, C. L. Brown 75.
