APPEAL FOR CHILDREN
Post Offices as Collecting Agencies
The post offices had agreed to act as collecting agencies for the United Nations Appeal for Children, said Mr L. M. Wright, chairman of the Dunedin Appeal Committee, in a statement to the Daily Times yesterday. A list of the post offices would be available within the next few days. This cooperation offered by the post offices, Mr Wright added, would help the public considerably in making their contributions to the appeal.
