SALE OF CABINET
CLAIM IN MAGISTRATE’S COURT After hearing legal argument, Mr J. D. Willis, S.M., reserved Ins decision yesterday in a claim lor £240 brought by Harold Banks, Ltd. (Mr F. W. Guest) against A. C. Seivwright (Mr J. C. Robertson). Evidence concerning the claim was heard in the Magistrate's Court on Thursday. The claim arose from the sale of a mahogany cabinet allcdgcdly bought from the plaintiff by i'ne defendant’s wife, the money being owing to the plaintiff by reason of implied authority given to Mrs Seivwright by the defendant.
