Easter Meeting The North Otago Coursing Club held its Easter meeting at the racecourse on Saturday. Both the J. R. Sewell Memorial Challenge Cup and the O’Dell Wise Challenge Cup were competed for, and the results were: — j J. R. Sewell Memorial ■ First round: Red Cape beat Spandau, Lord Nelson beat Bung, Demobbed beat Flying Wings. Second round: Red Cape beat Lord Nelson; Demobbed; a bye. Final: Mr J. I. McMullan’s ipemobbed (Dunedin) beat Mr L. B. Readnaan’s Red Cape (Fendalton). , O’Dell Wise Cup 1 First round: Fire Alarm be'at Final Blow, Red Cinders beat R.A.F.,|RIo Rita beat Ivanhoe, City Sue beat Baspful Ser* geant. Credit Funds beat Agnes. Second round: Fire Alarm beat (Red Cinders, City Sue beat Rio Rita, Credit Funds a bye. Semi final: Fire Alarm btsat Credit Funds City Sue a bye. Final: Fire Alarm and City Sue divided the stakp. as both are owned by Mr C. Bower, of Dunedin. There were no kills during tihe day.
