PACT OF FRIENDSHIP
POLAND AND RUMANIA TO SIGN LONDON, Feb. 29. The Warsaw correspondent of the Associated Press says the Government announced that a pact of friendship, collaboration, and mutual assistance will shortly be signed with Rumania Warsaw Radio announced that the Rumanian Premier, M. Groza, who is visiting Warsaw, told a press conference “ We are eager for the development of normal relations with western countries. Our policy seeks to eliminate the clanger of new conflicts."
