Government decision to lift all restriclinnc on the export of certain woollen goods° to dollar countries Manufac ; timers may now export unlimitcc. quantities of blankets, rugs, nonworsted woollen goods, machine yarn knitted woollen clothing, and hosiery. The production of these items has ereatlv increased. Last year Australia sold ’£35,000.000 worth of wool to America, but this year the estimated figure of such sales is £23,500,000 Therefore, the Government is anxious increase exports of other goods
