AID FOR GUERRILLAS
GREEK COMMUNISTS ARRESTED ON SUSPICION Rec. 8 p.m! ATHENS, Feb. 28. Seven hundred Communists were arrested this morning in Athens on suspicion of helping the guerrillas or endangering public security. The Epirus Society, which claims the sources of its information in Albania, and a high official in Athens both report extensive military preparations, including the building of border and coast fortifications and the organisation of an international brigade going on under Russian direction in Albania. Greek Government troops are meeting widespread guerrilla attacks.
