J. McKAY WINS MEDAL MATCH
With an excellent round of 74 —6—68, ,T. McKay won the Medal Match held by the North Otago Men’s Golf Club on Saturday. The next best scores were:— I. Harrison 85—13—72. J. McGaw 82—10 — 72, J. A. R. Scott 86—12—74, S. Lowry 95—20—75, K. Herbert 87—12—75, C. N. Ireland 83—18—75. McKay earned a handicap reduction of two strokes and at 4/3 he is on the lowest handicap in the club.
