The Mayor, Mr Cameron, will return to Dunedin to-morrow after attending a town planning conference in Wellington. The town clerk, Mr R. A. Johnston, returned on Thursday night. The Bishop of Tanganyika, the Right Rev. W. Wynn Jones, arrived in Auckland by air from Sydney yesterday. The Governor-General, Sir Bernard Freyberg, yesterday handed to Dr E. Marsden, C.8.E., the insignia of the Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, states a Press Association message from Wellington. Passengers who left by air for the north yesterday were: Mr J. A. Scoular, Mr T. G. Tomkins, Mr F. L. Hitchens, Mr K. Bell, Mrs M. H. Webley. Miss Webley, Mr J. Beattie, Mr M.
