P.A. WELLINGTON, Sept. 5. The directors of Beath and Co., Ltd., will recommend a final ordinary dividend of 5 per cent., making with the interim dividend of 5 per cent, already paid, a total of 10 per cent, for the year. The dividend on preference shares is at the usual rate of 5 per cent.
